Nature of the content and services. Journal articles, guides, and experience pages are editorial and informational. They may mention tours, rentals, stays, boats, or similar services as examples of how Sicily can be experienced; they do not constitute a binding offer. A booking, rental, or purchase is confirmed only after direct written agreement between you and Del Moro Sicily (or its partners), with price, dates, and conditions clearly stated. Forms and requests. Contact, concierge, booking-style, and experience-request forms help us understand your needs. Submitting a form does not create a contract by itself. Response times mentioned on the site (for example within 48 hours for concierge-style messages) are targets, not guarantees, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Newsletter and comments. Newsletter subscription is optional; you can unsubscribe when the mailing provider is connected and sends messages. Reader comments under Journal articles, when the feature is active, are moderated before publication; offensive, unlawful, or spam content may be removed. Admin area. Access to /gestisci is reserved for authorised operators. You may not attempt to bypass authentication or interfere with admin functions. Permitted use. You must not use the site unlawfully, harass others, attempt unauthorised access, overload systems, scrape content in breach of these terms or applicable law, or infringe third-party rights. Intellectual property. Texts, images, video, layout, and Del Moro Sicily branding are owned by Gabriele Virzì or licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may link to public pages; copying or republishing substantial content requires prior written consent, except as allowed by law (e.g. short quotation with attribution). Third-party links. The site may link to Instagram, WhatsApp, or other external pages for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Liability. We strive for accurate information but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages or decisions taken solely on the basis of online content without written confirmation. Nothing on the site is professional legal, tax, or investment advice. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes connected with use of the site, the courts of Palermo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to stricter protections for consumers resident in the EU or UK where applicable. Changes. Gabriele Virzì may update these terms; the published version prevails. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
